I'm Ivan 👋 I've been doing BJJ for 12+ years, and at the same time I've trained for and finished marathons, triathlons, and trail races — all while working full-time as a software engineer.
I had to figure out how to balance it all: how to train for a marathon without burning out, how to keep progressing in BJJ while running 50km weeks, how to recover properly when you're juggling multiple things. I also built Kiiro — a training load app that helps runners train smarter using data.
I work with beginners and recreational athletes who want to start something new, do more without getting injured, or just need someone to help them stay on track.
